Halloumi

I love cheese and my favorite cheese in the world is Halloumi. Known as “white gold,” it’s been made on the Greek island of Cyprus for centuries. I decided to take a two-week trip there and document (and eat) as much Halloumi as possible, while getting to know the people who make it.
