Cyprus: Farm Ptoxopoulou

I spent half a day with a wonderful family in the Larnaca region. Three generations work together, spending almost every day making Halloumi for their family and neighbors. Halloumi is the traditional cheese made on this Greek island, and is immensely popular. The family also owns a large farm where they grow a variety of figs, almonds, and olives, among other things.
